Frankie's Blue Balls Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup of rolled oats
  • 3 large medjool dates
  • 2 tbsp solid coconut oil
  • ¼ cup Kimera Koffee’s Butterfly Pea Creamer
  • Shredded coconut

 

Directions:

  1. Soak the dates in a little bit of hot water for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the dates (without the water), oats, coconut oil, and creamer to a food processor and blend until an evenly combined dough is formed.
  3. Chill dough in the freezer for 5 minutes.
  4. Roll the dough into balls and roll in some shredded coconut.
  5. These are best stored in the fridge. Enjoy!
