That is the exact problem this blend was built around. Alongside the coffee, every bag carries L-Theanine and Taurine, the two ingredients people reach for when they want the focus of caffeine without the edge. No synthetic caffeine, no sugar, no fillers. If your current coffee has you shaky by 10am and flat by 2pm, that is the part that changes first.

Five ingredients. That is the whole list. Ground coffee, Alpha GPC, Taurine, L-Theanine, and DMAE (Deanol). No proprietary blend, no flavoring, no filler powders, no sweeteners. It is printed on the bag and it has not changed since we started roasting in 2015. If a coffee company will not tell you exactly what is inside, that tells you something.

No synthetic caffeine is added, so what you get depends entirely on how you brew it. Espresso runs 30 to 50mg per shot. French press, 80 to 100mg per cup. Pour over or drip, 60 to 100mg per 8oz cup. Turkish, 25 to 35mg per fluid ounce. Cold brew, about 149mg per 120ml. Moka pot, roughly 51mg. Brew it the way you like it and the caffeine follows.

Yes. Black, it has zero calories, zero sugar, and zero carbs, so it will not break a fast. Plenty of people drink it first thing, before training or before eating anything. Add creamer or sugar and that changes, but the coffee itself is clean.

Good eye, and nothing is wrong. Those are the powdered ingredients, usually the Alpha GPC, that did not fully dissolve into the grounds during mixing. There are only five things in that bag and every one of them is safe to drink. Press the chunks with a spoon, stir them back through the grounds, and brew as normal.
