Have you guys ever had a Wendy’s frosty? How about a healthy alternative that looks and tastes like one?
Well our dietitian friend Lara Harris from the well fed guide made us a recipe that we have been guzzling down at our offices that so smooth and delish.
Bonus alert besides having this awesome caffeinated drink your also consuming nootropics – L-Theanine-Alpha GPC-Taurine- DMAE- to help with focus, memory, physical performance and reducing oxidative stress.
Ok ok enough of that here is the recipe:
1/2 cup of Kimera Koffee
¼ Cup milk of choice
1 frozen banana
1-2 tbsp of peanut butter
2 tbsp Kimera Samurai creamer or cacao powder
Optional for enhanced health: flaxseed, chia seed, hemp seed and Ceylon cinnamon.
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender with a handful of ice until desired consistency is reached. Add more milk as desired/needed.
