    Monumental Event in Coffee

    We have been buying 2-5 lbs Bags of Beans San Francisco French Roast. Grinding our own each night before the brew.

    Been doing this since 1995.

    Once we tried Kimera Koffee .

    We brought our remaining 3 Lbs of beans to Church ( which they were super happy to have compared to folgers ).

    My wife is so pleased with your Koffee and so am i .

    We used to drink 8-10 cups every morning.

    The coffee is great if you can get it delivered to you in one piece. I received my 5Ib bag of coffee along with another small bag of coffee shipped in a bag intended for light weight items. Coffee grounds everywhere, bagged ripped in multiple places. Looks like it kicked around and dragged. This is the 2nd order recently that I have received with damaged products. This time I cannot get a reply from them. I have been a customer for 4 years and will now be looking elsewhere for my coffee. Disappointed!

    Thanks for your interest! Rest assured - we are working on it.

    We utilize USPS and FedEx for most home deliveries. Please check your tracking number and trace the package. On odd occasions, the carriers will get confused with the delivery address and mark the package as "undeliverable". If this is the case, please write to us and we'll get a bag re-shipped to you ASAP while we sort out the delivery issue.

    We are always on the lookout for new additions to the Kimera community. Please contact us and tell us a little bit about yourself!

    Not to worry. The white chunks are actually the powdered Brain Vitamins (most likely Alpha GPC) that didn't get dissolved in the mixing process. Our coffee only contains five ingredients -- ground coffee, Alpha GPC, L-Theanine, Taurine and DMAE, so any white residues are simply undissolved amino acids which are perfectly safe to consume.

    Press it with a spoon and mix it back into the bag and you should be good to go!
