Kimera Koffee is small batch coffee with functional ingredients mixed straight into the grounds. We have been roasting it since June 2015. It is real coffee, not a powder and not a mix, and you brew it exactly the way you already brew coffee. Each product has its own short ingredient list, printed right on the bag.

What makes it Kimera
THE WHOLE LIST, ON THE FRONT
- Every ingredient named on the bag
- No proprietary blend
- Nothing hidden behind a trademark
- What you read is what you brew
Most of this aisle writes two words on the front of the bag: proprietary blend. We write all of them. If you can pronounce it, it is on there. If you cannot, it is still on there.
MIXED INTO THE GROUNDS
- Not a powder you stir in
- Not a capsule on the side
- Not sprayed on after roasting
- One scoop, one cup, done
The formula goes into the grounds before the bag is sealed. You brew it the way you already brew coffee. Drip, press, pour over, pod. Nothing new to learn and nothing extra to buy.
SMALL BATCH SINCE 2015
- Three friends, one roast profile
- Independent, never acquired
- Eleven years, same standard
- Still argued over every batch
Three friends from the Dominican Republic started this in 2015 and brought it stateside. Every brand around us that got bought got quieter. We are still here.
REAL COFFEE FIRST
- High altitude beans
- Origins named on every bag
- No flavoring, no filler, no sugar
- Black: zero calories, zero sugar, zero carbs
The formula does not fix bad coffee, so we start with good coffee. Peru, Colombia, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Ethiopia, Brazil and Honduras. The origin is printed on the bag alongside everything else.

Coffee Crash?
Every Kimera product prints its full ingredient list on the front of the bag.
Original Blend runs five ingredients. Focus runs two. Endurance and Power each run their own. Every list is short, and every list is on the bag.

WHAT IS KIMERA KOFFEE?
WILL KIMERA KOFFEE GIVE ME JITTERS OR A CRASH?
That is the problem this was built around. Our coffees pair caffeine with ingredients like L-Theanine rather than piling on more stimulants. No synthetic caffeine, no sugar, no fillers. Shaky by 10am and flat by 2pm is the part that changes first.
WHAT IS ACTUALLY IN KIMERA KOFFEE?
Every product prints its full ingredient list on the bag, and every list is short. Original Blend and its pods run five: coffee, Alpha GPC, Taurine, L-Theanine and DMAE. Focus Blend and its pods run two: coffee and L-Theanine. Endurance and Power each have their own formula. Samurai Creamer is built on raw cacao, coconut milk and bovine collagen, which makes it dairy free but not vegan. Check the ingredients tab on any product for that item's exact list.
HOW MUCH CAFFEINE IS IN KIMERA KOFFEE?
No synthetic caffeine is added, so what you get depends entirely on how you brew it. Espresso runs 30 to 50mg per shot. French press, 80 to 100mg per cup. Pour over or drip, 60 to 100mg per 8oz cup. Cold brew, about 149mg per 120ml. Pods brew like a standard cup. Samurai Creamer has no caffeine at all.
HOW LONG HAS KIMERA KOFFEE BEEN AROUND?
We launched on June 23, 2015 and have been roasting in small batches ever since. Same process, same standards, eleven years in. Not a brand that appeared last quarter with a white label bag and a new logo.
WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE IT?
Then you get your money back. No forms, no hoops, no restocking fee. Write to us and we make it right. We would rather lose the order than have you keep drinking something you do not enjoy.
