That is the exact problem this blend was built around. Alongside the coffee, every bag carries L-Theanine and Taurine, the two ingredients people reach for when they want the focus of caffeine without the edge. No synthetic caffeine, no sugar, no fillers. If your current coffee has you shaky by 10am and flat by 2pm, that is the part that changes first.

- NUTRITION
The outsider always shows up last. And always changes the room.
Most coffees stand in line. This one walks in from somewhere else entirely. Honey-processed. Sun-dried. Fruit-soft. Different by design.
Amber Blend. Honey-processed coffee. A light roast specialty coffee, blended 80/20 from Honduras and Brazil. The honey process leaves fruit sugars on the bean during drying, so the cup lands rounded and quietly sweet - without anything added. Smooth on the palate. Clean energy. No crash. No jitters. Ever. Be smooth. Be patient. Pour like you know something the rest of the room doesn't.
What is actually in the bag
The same five ingredients as our Original Blend. What sets Amber apart happens before the roast, in how the bean is dried.
-
☕ Coffee - Honduras and Brazil, 80/20, honey-processed, light roast. Dried with the fruit still on the bean, so the cup lands naturally sweet with nothing added.
- Natural caffeine for alertness and energy
- Naturally rich in antioxidants*
-
⚡ Alpha GPC - a highly absorbable form of choline, the raw material your brain uses to make acetylcholine, the messenger behind memory and learning. The backbone of the Kimera formula since 2015.
- Supports focus, memory and mental speed*
- Supports power output and muscle performance during training*
- Crosses into the brain efficiently, so more of it gets to work*
-
💪 Taurine - an amino acid your body already makes on its own, found in high concentration in the heart, muscles and brain.
- Supports steady energy and physical endurance*
- Supports hydration and muscle function during exercise*
- Helps round off the sharp edge of caffeine*
-
🍃 L-Theanine - an amino acid found naturally in tea leaves, where it has always sat alongside caffeine.
- Promotes calm, alert focus*
- Helps take the jitters and the crash out of caffeine*
- Supports a relaxed but sharp state of mind under pressure*
-
🧬 DMAE (Deanol) - a choline-related compound found naturally in fish like sardines and anchovies. It works on the same side of the stack as Alpha GPC.
- Supports mental clarity and alertness*
- Supports a positive, steady mood*
- Complements Alpha GPC in the choline side of the formula*
Five ingredients. That is the whole list. The sweetness comes from the honey process, not from sugar, syrup or flavoring.

What makes it Kimera
THE WHOLE LIST, ON THE FRONT
- Every ingredient named on the bag
- No proprietary blend
- Nothing hidden behind a trademark
- What you read is what you brew
Most of this aisle writes two words on the front of the bag: proprietary blend. We write all of them. If you can pronounce it, it is on there. If you cannot, it is still on there.
MIXED INTO THE GROUNDS
- Not a powder you stir in
- Not a capsule on the side
- Not sprayed on after roasting
- One scoop, one cup, done
The formula goes into the grounds before the bag is sealed. You brew it the way you already brew coffee. Drip, press, pour over, pod. Nothing new to learn and nothing extra to buy.
SMALL BATCH SINCE 2015
- Three friends, one roast profile
- Independent, never acquired
- Eleven years, same standard
- Still argued over every batch
Three friends from the Dominican Republic started this in 2015 and brought it stateside. Every brand around us that got bought got quieter. We are still here.
REAL COFFEE FIRST
- High altitude beans
- Origins named on every bag
- No flavoring, no filler, no sugar
- Black: zero calories, zero sugar, zero carbs
The formula does not fix bad coffee, so we start with good coffee. Peru, Colombia, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Ethiopia, Brazil and Honduras. The origin is printed on the bag alongside everything else.

Coffee Crash?
The Amber Blend is honey processed coffee with the whole formula mixed into the grounds and printed on the front of the bag.
Five ingredients: coffee, Alpha GPC, Taurine, L-Theanine and DMAE. That is the entire list, and it is on the front of the bag where you can read it before you buy.
Faq's
WILL THE AMBER BLEND GIVE ME JITTERS OR A CRASH?
WHAT IS ACTUALLY IN THIS COFFEE?
Five ingredients. That is the whole list. Ground coffee, Alpha GPC, Taurine, L-Theanine, and DMAE (Deanol). No proprietary blend, no flavoring, no filler powders, no sweeteners. It is printed on the bag and it has not changed since we started roasting in 2015. If a coffee company will not tell you exactly what is inside, that tells you something.
HOW MUCH CAFFEINE IS IN KIMERA KOFFEE?
No synthetic caffeine is added, so what you get depends entirely on how you brew it. Espresso runs 30 to 50mg per shot. French press, 80 to 100mg per cup. Pour over or drip, 60 to 100mg per 8oz cup. Turkish, 25 to 35mg per fluid ounce. Cold brew, about 149mg per 120ml. Moka pot, roughly 51mg. Brew it the way you like it and the caffeine follows.
CAN I DRINK IT ON AN EMPTY STOMACH OR WHILE FASTING?
Yes. Black, it has zero calories, zero sugar, and zero carbs, so it will not break a fast. Plenty of people drink it first thing, before training or before eating anything. Add creamer or sugar and that changes, but the coffee itself is clean.
THERE ARE WHITE CHUNKS IN MY BAG. WHAT GIVES?
Good eye, and nothing is wrong. Those are the powdered ingredients, usually the Alpha GPC, that did not fully dissolve into the grounds during mixing. There are only five things in that bag and every one of them is safe to drink. Press the chunks with a spoon, stir them back through the grounds, and brew as normal.
HOW IS THIS BLEND DIFFERENT FROM THE OTHERS?
Every blend prints its full ingredient list on the bag. What changes is the coffee and the formula. Amber is honey processed, a small batch light roast with natural sweetness and nothing added to get it there. It is the easiest one to drink slow. Dark is the bold end, Original is the everyday middle.
