We utilize USPS and FedEx for most home deliveries. Please check your tracking number and trace the package. On odd occasions, the carriers will get confused with the delivery address and mark the package as "undeliverable". Not to worry. The white chunks are actually the powdered Brain Vitamins (most likely Alpha GPC) that didn't get dissolved in the mixing process. Our coffee only contains five ingredients -- ground coffee, Alpha GPC, L-Theanine, Taurine and DMAE, so any white residues are simply undissolved amino acids which are perfectly safe to consume.
Press it with a spoon and mix it back into the bag and you should be good to go!
