cancelled sub sent anyway
Here's the deal guys. I hope to use your product for years to come. I paused my membership because I needed to temporarily lower my expenses. When I realized that I was charged again I wrote to you. You told me to keep the product, to give it to friends. And that I would not be charged. I have received the shipment but the charge on my card has not been reversed. I can't afford it right now. I do really like your product and I do hope to return eventually when I have my financial house in order Thanks Tom Doyle
