The amount of caffeine in coffee depends on the brewing method and other factors:

Espresso: 30–50 milligrams per shot
French press: 80–100 milligrams per cup
Pour over/drip: 60–100 milligrams per 8 ounce cup
Turkish: 25–35 milligrams of caffeine per fluid ounce
Instant: 50–60 milligrams of caffeine per heaped teaspoon
Cold brew: 149mg per 120ml cup
Moka pot: 51mg

We utilize USPS and FedEx for most home deliveries. Please check your tracking number and trace the package. On odd occasions, the carriers will get confused with the delivery address and mark the package as "undeliverable". If this is the case, please write to us and we'll get a bag re-shipped to you ASAP while we sort out the delivery issue.

Not to worry. The white chunks are actually the powdered Brain Vitamins (most likely Alpha GPC) that didn't get dissolved in the mixing process. Our coffee only contains five ingredients -- ground coffee, Alpha GPC, L-Theanine, Taurine and DMAE, so any white residues are simply undissolved amino acids which are perfectly safe to consume.

Press it with a spoon and mix it back into the bag and you should be good to go!
