Shipping Policy

Thanks for choosing Kimera Koffee. This policy explains how, when, and where we ship — and what to do if anything doesn't arrive as expected. Different product categories ship from different facilities, so please read the section that applies to what you're ordering.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
• Coffee, creamers, and consumable products: ship within 1–2 business days of order confirmation from our facility.
• Apparel, mugs, and tumblers: produced on demand by our partner Printful and typically ship within 2–7 business days of order confirmation.
During promotional periods, product launches, or peak season (mid-November through December), processing may take up to 3–5 business days. We will email you if your order is delayed beyond this window.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM Eastern Time are processed the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays are processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx for coffee/consumables, and via Printful's carrier network for apparel and drinkware. Estimated delivery times below start from the day your order ships, not the day you placed it.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather events, customs processing, and other circumstances beyond our control may affect transit times.
3. Free Shipping
One-time coffee/consumable orders: Free Standard Shipping is automatically applied to one-time orders of $99.00 USD or more (after discounts, before tax) shipping to the contiguous United States. The free-shipping threshold does not apply to expedited, express, international, or Alaska/Hawaii/U.S. Territories orders.
Subscribers: Active subscribers receive free Standard Shipping on every recurring subscription order in the United States, regardless of order total. Subscriptions currently ship to U.S. addresses only.
Apparel and drinkware (Printful): These products do not qualify for the $99 free-shipping threshold and ship at rates calculated by Printful at checkout based on destination and product.
Military discount: Active duty service members, veterans, and immediate family members can enroll in our Military Discount program at kimerakoffee.com/pages/military-discount for additional savings. Military discounts do not change the shipping rules above unless otherwise stated at the time of order.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package. Coffee and consumable orders are tracked through USPS/UPS/FedEx; apparel and drinkware orders are tracked through Printful's carrier.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 3 business days for coffee orders, or within 7 business days for Printful items, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
You can also track your orders any time by logging into your account at kimerakoffee.com.
5. Destinations We Ship To
Coffee, creamers, and consumable products ship from our facility to:
• All 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia
• U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands)
• U.S. military APO / FPO / DPO addresses (USPS only)
• P.O. Boxes within the U.S. (USPS only)
• International: worldwide except Australia. Eligibility and rates are calculated at checkout based on shipping address.
Apparel, mugs, and tumblers ship via Printful and are available to additional countries including Australia and New Zealand, Brazil, Canada, EFTA countries, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Japan, the United States, and other worldwide destinations. Coverage and rates are confirmed at checkout.
Subscription orders currently ship to U.S. addresses only.
International orders: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the order total and are collected by the carrier upon delivery. International transit times do not include customs processing time, which varies by country.
Refused international shipments: If an international shipment is refused at delivery or returned due to unpaid duties, the customer is responsible for the original shipping cost and any return-shipping fees. Refunds for refused international orders will be issued for the product cost only, less the shipping costs.
6. Subscription Orders
Subscription orders are processed on the same schedule as one-time orders. Your subscription ship date is shown in your account dashboard and in the renewal reminder email we send before each charge.
Active subscribers receive free Standard Shipping on every recurring subscription order. Subscriptions currently ship to U.S. addresses only — if you change your subscription address to an international location, your subscription will need to be cancelled and reordered.
To change your shipping address, skip a shipment, or update your subscription frequency, log into your account at kimerakoffee.com or contact info@kimerakoffee.com at least 48 hours before your next scheduled ship date. Changes made after a subscription order has processed cannot be applied to that order.
7. Address Errors & Returns to Sender
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to confirm the correct address and reship the order. The customer is responsible for the cost of reshipment in these cases.
If you notice an address error after placing your order, email info@kimerakoffee.com immediately. We can usually update the address if the order has not yet shipped.
8. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Damaged in transit: If your order arrives visibly damaged, please take photos of the package and contents before unpacking further and email them to info@kimerakoffee.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Marked delivered but not received: If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please (1) check with neighbors and household members, (2) check around your property — packages are sometimes left in unexpected places, and (3) contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. If the package still cannot be located after 48 hours, email info@kimerakoffee.com so we can help investigate.
Lost in transit: If your tracking has not updated for 7 business days (or 14 business days for international orders), contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier. We will issue a replacement or refund once the carrier confirms the package is lost.
Stolen / package theft: We are unable to replace packages that have been confirmed delivered and subsequently stolen from the delivery address. We recommend shipping to a secure address or requiring a delivery signature for high-value orders. For valuable orders shipping to high-theft areas, contact us before ordering to discuss shipping options, including signature confirmation or shipping insurance.
Apparel/drinkware issues: Damage, loss, or production defects on Printful-fulfilled items should also be reported to info@kimerakoffee.com — we coordinate replacements with Printful on your behalf.
9. Holiday & Peak Season
From mid-November through the end of December, order volumes and carrier networks operate well above normal capacity. We recommend placing holiday gift orders by the dates published on our homepage each year (typically Dec 15 for Standard, Dec 20 for Expedited) to ensure on-time arrival.
Processing may take an additional 1–3 business days during peak season. International holiday orders should ship no later than the first week of December to account for customs delays.
10. Order Modifications & Cancellations
Because we process orders quickly, we may not be able to modify or cancel an order once it has been placed. If you need to make a change, email info@kimerakoffee.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes before the order ships.
Once an order has shipped, modifications and cancellations are no longer possible. You may return the order under our Return Policy after delivery — see Returns at kimerakoffee.com/pages/our-policies.
11. Sales Tax & Duties
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state and local tax laws. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country, which are the responsibility of the customer (see Section 5).
