ABOUT
EARTH GROWN BRAIN VITAMINS
One serving of our roasts contains 725mg of earth-grown nutrients that support focus, energy and concentration; giving you the energy you need without the jitters and crash.
BREW IT
Kimera is made from medium-to-fine grind beans. From drip to French press, to espresso, however you brew it, you’re getting freshly-ground focus
TASTE:
A full-bodied, balanced, and syrupy mouthfeel with notes of cedar, hazelnut, and faint flowers, combined with the mild sweetness of chocolate and a hint of apricot.
MAXIMUM FRESHNESS WITH NITROFLUSHING
We package our coffee within hours of roasting using a natural preservation method called Nitro Flushing. This removes oxygen from each bag while injecting nitrogen, preserving Kimera’s same-day, freshly-roasted flavor.
INGREDIENTS
High-Altitude Specialty Coffee
Our headquarters are located two hours away from the mountain-side farm where the coffee is harvested. We work closely with our farmers and constantly strive to improve the quality of our beans with each harvest.
Alpha GCP
Natural choline compound found in the brain and can be found in soy, meats and fish. Improves memory, enhances mental focus and increases power output.
Taurine
An amino acid commonly found in eggs that delays cognitive decline due to aging, fights oxidative stress, reduces fatigue, and helps boost fat metabolization.
L-Theanine
Tea extract that balances daily anxiety, improves sleep patterns and helps prevent cholesterol-related damage.
DMAE
Choline molecule found in fish that supports mental performance, increases energy, improves oxygen efficiency and promotes red blood cell function.
Ginko Biloba
Ancient plant extract consumed since the earliest days of human history, widely studied for its effective anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, platelet-forming and circulation-boosting effects.
L-Glutamine
Amino acid that is used in the biosynthesis of proteins. Studies have shown that L-Glutamine supplementation can minimize breakdown of muscle and improve protein metabolism.
TESTIMONIALS
“My coffee experience before the delicious nectar that is Kimera was pretty bland: the roast was either too light or too strong. After trying Kimera, it was like I got a jump start for the day. My thought process was clear and I wasn't overwhelmed by my daily tasks. It has become the best change that I made in my daily ritual.”
Kyle Joy - Verified Buyer ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
“My experience prior to using Kimera + Kacao booster was pretty standard. I was really just drinking coffee at this point to keep the caffeine headache away. Once I switched I tapered in with 4 oz of Kimera the first 3 days … I’m up to 8 oz a day now and it keeps me focused with out the crash my previous coffee blend would leave me with.”
Katelynn Smith - Verified Buyer ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Before Kimera Koffee I would have at least two to three monster energy drinks just to stay alert, but now I only need a full thermos. I work construction and deal with measurements and machinery, so I need to be focused and aware. Kimera does that for me, plus I don’t get a crash.

We start with small batch roasted coffee and mix the formula straight into the grounds. Every ingredient is printed on the front of the bag, not hidden behind the words proprietary blend.
Here is what is in the Original Blend:
• ☕️ Coffee
Peru and Colombia, medium roast, ground and ready to brew.
• 🧠 L-Theanine
An amino acid found naturally in tea leaves, where it has always sat alongside caffeine.
• ⚙️ Alpha GPC
A highly absorbable form of choline. In the Kimera formula since 2015.
• ⚡️ DMAE (Deanol)
A choline related compound found naturally in oily fish such as sardines and anchovies.
• 🔥 Taurine
An amino acid the body already makes on its own. The same one you find on a sports drink label.
