The amount of caffeine in coffee depends on the brewing method and other factors:

+THERE ARE WHITE CHUNKS IN MY BAG OF KIMERA KOFFEE WHAT GIVES?

Not to worry. The white chunks are actually the powdered Brain Vitamins (most likely Alpha GPC) that didn't get dissolved in the mixing process. Our coffee only contains five ingredients -- ground coffee, Alpha GPC, L-Theanine, Taurine and DMAE, so any white residues are simply undissolved amino acids which are perfectly safe to consume. Press it with a spoon and mix it back into the bag and you should be good to go!
